REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT a.s. was established in 2006 with the aim of providing a wide range of property management and facility management services.
Slovak real estate market, particularly the segment of residential buildings, has recently attracted a large number of foreign investors. Their interest brought about a need to fill the gap on the market with property ownership-related services.
Since clients living outside Slovakia are usually unable to deal accordingly with issues related to the ownership of their foreign properties, and often aren’t at home with Slovak laws and the ways property-related services work in Slovakia, REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT a.s. plays a vital role in representing them in front of third parties. Customer care includes communication with Slovak authorities, developers, building managers, and real estate agencies, and also taking care of tenants. REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT a.s. provides its services to some 100 clients, mainly Slovak non-residents. The demand however called for the services to be adjusted also for clients from Slovakia. We are taking care of properties with the total value of 20 million euros, mainly apartments in Bratislava residential projects Karloveské rameno, Rozadol, Slnečný dvor, Nad lúčkami, Universo, Vienna Gate, III Towers, or Koloseo, and in the Old Town district.
In the very near future owners of apartments in Cubicon and Trinity projects are to become clients of REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT a.s.
