After handover, snagging, furnishing and general cleaning is each of eight apartments at Vienna Gate ready for rent. The prices differs by the floor, orientation and area of each flat.
The 3-room apartment in Vienna Gate we took over as first is now fully furnished. After general cleaning it will be prepared for renting and the tenants can enjoy view of Austria.
A few weeks ago we took over the last out of ten units in Bratislava’s Vienna Gate residential project. The developer now has 2 months to remove snags reported in every unit, however 99% of all snags have already been removed.
Today we took over the last unit in Vienna Gate residential project that we manage. Some of the Vienna Gate units are currently being furnished and they should be soon ready for their first tenants.

Today we were asked for the take over finished units at Vienna Gate development project. First two apartments of our clients which have paid the purchase price in full amount will be checked and taken over at the first possible date - Monday, May 18, 2009.
First two towers in III Towers development are finally approved by the building inspector - that means the units are available for living. At the moment the final invoices are being generated and the clients should be asked for paying of the remaining amount of the purchase price. For those clients who have ordered the furniture is this being made already.
We are finishing the visual inspection of III Towers development during these few days, specifically units in towers I and II. Regarding our information the units situated on the lowest floors are being checked by the building inspection as preparation for the final approval of the building. We expect the handover to take place in months April - May 2009.
During the past two weeks we visited Bratislava’s III Towers residential project in Bajkalská street after being called upon by the developer to do visual inspection of units in Tower I. We checked the units on the 7th, 8th, 12th and 13th floor and were quite impressed by their quality, look, cleanness and by developer’s positive approach. We are looking forward to managing units in this project.
Furnishing of two units in Bratislava’s Universo residential project in Ružová dolina street was completed today. We cleaned the units and made them ready for the first tenants.
