Several months after handover of my unit in Bratislava I was still having problems dealing directly with the developers and their suppliers which were preventing the unit from being rented and earning. At this time I joined an organisation which has a forum where investors can share thoughts / issues, and following a post on the forum asking for advice you and your organisation were highly recommended by other investors.
Following our initial meeting you sucessfully got the unit to a habitable and tenanted state within a very short period of time, and with minimum expense on my part. My only regret is that I had not had your recommendation at a much earlier stage, as I think a lot of the time effort and expense I was incurring with the unit could have been reduced if not avoided all together.
All of your work and efforts have more than justified these recommendations, and the investment is now at the stage where I do not have to worry about it thanks to your efforts. I have always found you to be very responsive, efficient, and reliable and a pleasure to deal with. All of this is in stark contrast to my other property in Poland where I have deal with an organisation based in the UK who claim that service ‘abroad’ is not always as good as we can expect in the UK while delivering truly appalling and very costly service themselves. I hope that you will be opening offices in Poland in the near future!

“We are a group of investors from Ireland, UK, South Africa and Australia with 15 apartments in two newly constructed apartment blocks in Bratislava, Slovakia with the purpose of renting the apartments out.
