After having started with providing property management services, in 2007 REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT a.s. decided to enter the segment of residential building management. This decision was taken after having spotted demand for such services from apartment owners in residential buildings, in which we are managing our clients’ apartments. The owners were often unsatisfied with the services offered by their management companies, usually leading to their replacement. Thanks to our clients being the owners of apartments in these buildings, REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT a.s. as their representative in Slovakia has gained much experience and insight into residential building management while representing its clients at owners’ meetings. Thus, we are well informed about all the problems of residential buildings, and we are concerned about their solution, as well as about effective use of financial resources.
By providing residential and non-residential building management services we would like to bring professionalism, flexibility, quick problem solving, and high quality services, as well as cost transparency. We are looking for fair relationship with owners of residential and non-residential properties, in which both parties represent equal partners cooperating to reach mutual satisfaction.
